Allow slash command permissions on mobile

The new command permissions system is awesome... the ability for guilds to control which users/roles have access to commands, and in which channels, means that as a bot developer I don't have to worry about coding a permissions system into my bot.

However, managing slash command permissions is not currently available on mobile. If you try to go to the "Integrations" page under "Server Settings" you are met with the following screen:

Protocol FR13NDSH1P can only be executed from the Discord client

To me this is a deal-breaker to switch my bot over to relying on slash commands perms. Again, I would love to not have to code in custom roles for different bot functions and instead just let servers use slash command perms, but if a large amount of user-base is on mobile and don't have to option to configure permissions, it's hard for me to convert.
