Add anti-mass-mention to auto-moderation

I'm well aware that those discussions aren't the right place to suggest features to be added to Discord that aren't related to the API itself.
But there really isn't another place to properly share this idea. Yes, I'm aware feedback.discord.com exists, but having my suggestion reach the exposure and upvotes to gain Discord's attention is as likely as me getting all world-records in existence in a month.

I also want to mention that I already suggested this to a Discord Staff member and that they replied that it may already be planned, tho no more details were given on that.

The suggestion is the following:
Add an option in the auto-moderation to prevent mass-mentions in messages. When enabled and configured will the auto-mod prevent sending a message if it contains x amounts of mentions.

I personally would suggest allowing configuring how many mentions should be allowed AND if it should only count individual mentions or the total amount.
This would allow server owners and mods to alter the system to their special needs.

Why this feature would be a good idea is simple: Raid-prevention. The most common type of raids I both saw and had to deal with myself are raids where the users mass-mention several individual users with multiple messages, resulting in dozens of mentions for the users.
This would effectively dwarf those raids by preventing them, to begin with.

Again. Well aware that this isn't the right place, but I won't waste time on this graveyard called feedback.discord.com and better suggest it in the wrong place where it for sure has more exposure... It wouldn't be the first time I did this. 😆
