Focused Ephemeral Messages

Hello there, taking into account the bugs that exist towards Ephemeral messages disappearing if it's an old message in a channel.

I think it'd be quite ideal, to have interaction responses that instead of making an ephemeral, they cover the screen showing the message, with its content, embeds and attachments, similar to how Modals work.

That way if I want interactions that are done with the purpose of being informative, the user will get the message on screen while being able to read and close it at any moment.

Hopefully if this is implemented, the focused ephemeral messages are able to have components as well, in which its responses basically appear under the message.
