Forums: give bots access to the post-data endpoint

Currently, bots can't access the post-data endpoint which is used to get the first message of each forum post. This is necessary to render the post list, so currently, bots cannot efficiently render a forum channel properly. This is important for WidgetBot since we can't implement a good UI for viewing forum channels currently.

Maybe I misunderstood what you are trying to do but would it be possible to use /channels/{channel.id}/messages with limit=1 and after=0 parameters?

that will only return the first message for one forum post at a time, instead of all the displayed forum posts at once
