Removing a members guild avatar/banner as a moderator

Moderators should have a way of removing a members guild avatar and banner in a way they can reset the members nickname.
They shouldn't neccessarily be able to change the avatar and banner to something different but just reset them.

This could be allowed to moderators via the permission "Manage Nicknames" and this would be renamed to "Manage Members Guild Assets" or something similar

Why is this needed?

• This gives a moderator more control over moderation. Intead of having to ask the person to remove the avatar or banner a moderator can just remove them. This way the moderator can just mute a member (e.g. when impersonating or being annoying with the guild avatar) instead of kicking them to remove the guild avatar and banner.

Alternatives considered

• A permission to allow members or any way to disable members from setting guild avatars
  (but this would destroy the point of guild avatars and banners being a paid feature so this probably won't come)
