Forum thread channel type

Hello!

Since we have a ANNOUNCEMENT_THREAD it would be better to add a GUILD_FORUM_THREAD type, since it's hard to distinguish the PUBLIC_THREAD type from a guild text thread or a forum thread (which has some different features), and it would be clearer for developers and wrappers.
