If this would cause issues about antispam, then, all users (including bot users) could instead be limited to a maximum of 10 simultaneous guild ownerships going forward. |

Greetings, I'd like to bring up into discussion that bots should be able to create guilds (maximum of 10) regardless of their current limit of being able to create max 10 as long as it's not in other servers.
The reasonining beind this proposal is because, this behavior makes it evident that the intended approach is to make servers before a bot becomes popular, otherwise this end point can't be used at all if the bot has became popular, for different motives bot developers need to have servers in their use cases, and having the bot keep the server is helpful to not increase the user's guild count without needing to.
While I know there are counterarguments of this regard, I'd like to make some clarifications, currently nothing stops a bot from creating multiple servers from the moment it gets created, so spam isn't a worry as currently the normal behavior doesn't prevent this, this only punishes bots that have been created beforehand or made the mistake of not creating servers before starting to share it.
Have a great day.
