Include the mentions format of <id:%s> in docs reference

Maybe im wrong i dont find in the docs about the mention in docs reference related to the "channels" for browse, onboarding and home.

if so then i think can be useful have this in the docs.

<id:home> isn't released yet, and <id:browse|customize> are only to partners and servers above 5,000 (plus a small number below), so would be best to wait til they are released.

They were/are not documented, so it's best to assume that means you shouldn't rely on them.
