Feature to add users to threads silently

By using the API call discord.Thread.add_user(), there should be a possibility to silently add users to the thread. I have a bot that needs to add users to many threads at a time, and it makes a lot of unnecessary noise. I saw another discussion on this, but it seemed that it was not followed up on, so I wanted to lift it again.

This feature should not be added, as silent insertion might incur significant data use changes for those who live in a capped dataplan.
