Stop the username update (read)

While I understand the change it is an unnecessary "fix". The discriminators is what was unique and kept people from getting added by people they don't know and aren't in servers with which is allowing more cyberbullying, predators and hackers to find more people easier and it limits many people's abilities to have freedom and be able to create a username that they want. People are able to now get a username they want even if other people have it because of the discriminators which allow more people to be happy with a username they like. In this day and age people don't leave without their phones so they can add them with the other person there, or even write on a paper or something the exact username or contact them another way. This is such an unnecessary and horrible change on your end. Not to mention that the discriminators is what separated and make discord unique from other apps, having it stand out and attract more attention, changing this already is making so many people upset and unhappy with you all and fear of losing their usernames and fear of getting hacked, groomed, bullied, etc. Because more people can get into contact with them from their username. Do not go through with this change, many will be unhappy, and many will suffer based off of this. This takes away one of the unique aspects of discord. Every app has its own unique aspects and not many apps I can think of have the discriminator that discord has which is what makes it unique, allows more freedom and helps protect people from strangers. While yes people can add someone from a server but its likely they know them, if someone randomly added you because they looked up your username the likely hood of you knowing them are slim to none. For once listen to the community and for the sake of keeping discord as its unique and special app, do NOT go through with this.
