Create custom emote/emojis for bots

As the title say, make a "game asset" or "bot asset" that allows bots to have custom emojis (and alot of them, not just 50, not emojis for fun but emojis for actual items icons etc for the game bot), even if only those bots can use them.

I am making a creature-taming bot game on Discord and I am having custom emotes issues, as I try to make each creatures icons and item icons as emotes, I am forced to create useless servers, make my bot join them, just so that the bot (and I emphasize that only the bot needs it in the first place) gathers more emote to use "in-game".

There is a bot game on Discord called PokeMeow that has +2k of custom emotes, all coming from "private server(s)" (they basically have an emote icon for each Pokemon in shiny and normal forms, and items etc). I scratched my head multiple times on how I could do that without creating a bunch of servers, and Discord Support told me it was not possible and that I should request it here instead to be implemented, so here I am. Each of my creatures takes 4 icons, and I have around 600 of them planned, and that's not considering items (which to be fair, on my end, would requires less icons than the creatures).

Quick maths for 600x4, 2400 for my creatures, and let's throw like 200 items icons, that makes 2600, I feel like filling up 52 servers to make the bot join to have those emotes is a waste of ressource, but paying each servers to reach 250 emotes just for that would also be an absolute waste of money, as the usage of those emotes is different from just giving hundreds of emote to a community to play with.

Kind of, I searched for duplicate with "bot" "custom emote" "custom emojies" and didn't find any.

I've read #6137 and he didn't went into details like I did (basically allowing huge-number of custom emotes for only a bot), althought the main issue is indeed the same, so I upvoted it.
