First-party self-botting/Self commands

Discord currently forbids self-botting and self-puppeting (using a human user like a bot and vice versa) via third party apps. However, the concept of self-botting is not that bad. First party self-botting might be quite useful, by allowing us to programmatically schedule and process messages in complex manners that would be too simple to make a dedicated application, but too tedious for a regular human user:

• Self commands infrastructure
  • Execute requests programmed by self commands in behalf of the sender and sync to their client
• Register command
  • Global application: POST /applications/:id/commands
  • Guilds: POST /applications/:id/guilds/:id/commands
  • Self: POST /users/@me/commands
• Deregister command
  • Global application: DELETE /applications/:id/commands/:id
  • Guilds: DELETE /applications/:id/guilds/:id/commands/:id
  • Self: DELETE /users/@me/commands/:id
• Retrieve a command
  • Global application: GET /applications/:id/commands/:id
  • Guilds: GET /applications/:id/guilds/:id/commands/:id
  • Self: GET /users/@me/commands/:id
• Retrieve all commands
  • Global application: GET /applications/:id/commands
  • Guilds: GET /applications/:id/guilds/:id/commands
  • Self: GET /users/@me/commands
• Update command
  • Global application: PATCH /applications/:id/commands/:id
  • Guilds: PATCH /applications/:id/guilds/:id/commands/:id
  • Self: PATCH /users/@me/commands/:id
  • TRANSPOSE versions of the above
• Gateway events for those

Self commands should allow us to implement flow bots like Guilded's, except for being registered on the user itself.

@advaith1 User apps are a second-class, third-party self-botting. What I proposed is more akin to Guilded's flow bots, but acting in behalf of you rather than a Discord guild/Guilded team.

Automated messages from user accounts is certainly something I wouldn't want to see in Discord.
