Locked User is able to delete the record

Hi,

Very nice plugin and useful ! 
I tried to delete the record on the locked editor side and was able to do so.
Shouldn't the lock also prevent from deleting ?
How would you suggest to go about in order to disable the delete button when record is locked ?
