index-pbench: Add unit tests

Three new unit tests:

- uperf with result ts data converted to float.

- fio with result ts data converted to float.

- prometheus-metrics with tool data converted to float, and with
  impedance matching between "public" host names on the one hand and
  label/short-hostname combinations on the other.
