CPU & Memory thresholds are not taken into account

Hello,

The following parameters are not taken into account:
-WM|--WarningMemory
-CM|--CriticalMemory
-WC|--WarningCpu
-CC|--CriticalCpu

It would be nice to have these thresholds working, in order to be alerted for exemple when the memory used by the app pool is abnormally high.
