Bug: Alt tab gives shouldFocus undefined

ERROR
Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'shouldFocus')
TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'shouldFocus')

To Reproduce
When we're at the submit page, and I am using the questionnaire example, using Alt Tab to go to another window and go back again, the error will pup up, at least on local

Was not expecting that error
