Remove temporary function to add a creation date for project

## Description

When leto-modelizer 1.2.0 is released, remove the temporary function created to compensate for projects that do not have a creation date.

Inside `src/composables/Projects.js`, remove :
- `addDateToProjects` function
- use of this function inside `getProjects`
