Need to warn the user when the generated language runtime is outdated #126
Description
Even knowing melange mechanism, we regularly forget to relaunch the generate language runtime and lose time to wonder why this simple change has not been taken into account.
It would be highly appreciated to have an automatic check that raises an error on the language runtime project to indicate that its content is outdated because the sources ( k3dsa or the ecore , ...) have changed
