Typography: Rich text typography is broken -- mainly paddings

When trying to create a blog post, I added a text plugin with headers inside it. Both paragraphs and headings lose their margins/paddings.

This does not read easily:

Typography needs to ensure that text "just can be typed in" without any editor considering spacings etc.
