Add DjangoCon Europe + others to shots.yml + README generation

I automated fetching screenshots and keeping this up-to-date for DjangoCon US but we should add Europe, Australia, and Africa once those are ready.

Update: One nice hack might be to read from the shots.yml file to render the screenshots.
