failed FlyCart 30 connection

Hello DJI,

I'm currently trying to establish a connection to the FlyCart 30 and have the following questions in regards:

1. Does the FlyCart 30 E-Port communicate via standard UART (Serial) or via USB?
2. To configure the PSDK settings (Baudrate, etc.), where exactly should I connect the PC to the FlyCart 30? Is there a specific USB-C port for the Assistant, or do I need to connect through the E-Port?
3. On the for example M210, the drone sends data packets continuously even before the SDK initializes. Is this behavior different on the FlyCart 30? Should the line be silent until I send a specific initialization command?

Regarding your inquiries about the FlyCart 30, please refer to the following technical details:

1. The FlyCart 30 E-Port Lite interface communicates via Serial (UART). You can use a USB-to-TTL module for communication; the development board side utilizes the Serial port.
2. Configuring the baud rate is not supported. The aircraft uses a fixed default baud rate.
3. The data packets sent by the aircraft can only be parsed and interpreted using the PSDK protocol.

Thanks a lot for your replay,

We tried to establish a connection between the E-Port Lite and the Raspberry Pi 5 over an USB-to-TTL module, but the Payload SDK couldn't establish a connection. The drone would not response / no communication back. How should the connection exactly be establish?

The LED from the USB-to-TTL module does not blink at time of the connection to the drone - should there be a passive communication?

i'm trying to connect to the flycart30 bi using this type of connection: Eport lite connected in otgmode with a CP2102 module that is also connected to another CP2102 module in my PC port. i change CONFIG_HARDWARE_CONNECTION with DJI_USE_ONLY_UART. this is the error that i received:

For development with the FlyCart 30 series, please use Payload SDK version 3.14.1. This version is a special branch specifically designed to support development for the FlyCart series. Please switch to this version to resolve the issues you are encountering.

According to the current documentation, it appears that the FlyCart 30 cannot simultaneously maintain a connection to DJI Assistant 2 (Delivery Drones Series) for flight simulation while the E-Port Lite is active for PSDK communication.

Is it possible to put the drone in a simulation environment using DJI Assistant 2 while developing with the Payload SDK for FlyCart30 for validation purposes?

Regarding your inquiry, please be advised that this functionality is not supported. The FlyCart 30 is equipped with only one E-Port Lite interface and does not support expansion. Therefore, it is not possible to simultaneously maintain a connection to DJI Assistant 2 for flight simulation while using the PSDK via the E-Port Lite.
