To install the project you need to have node and npm

Fork the project, clone your fork:

Your environment needs to be running
nodeversion >= 9.3.0 andnpmversion >= 5.5.0. -
from the root of the project:
npmto install all dependencies- make sure you have latest
npmversion
- make sure you have latest

from the root of the project:
npm startto run the cli.
Tip: Keep your
masterbranch pointing at the original repository and make pull requests from branches on your fork. To do this, run:git remote add upstream https://github.com/kefranabg/readme-md-generator.git git fetch upstream git branch --set-upstream-to=upstream/master masterThis will add the original repository as a "remote" called "upstream," then fetch the git information from that remote, then set your local
masterbranch to use the upstream master branch whenever you rungit pull. Then you can make all of your pull request branches based on thismasterbranch. Whenever you want to update your version ofmaster, do a regulargit pull.
