JuDoc.jl and JuDocTemplates.jl are deprecated

I noticed that there's a link for each but both are deprecated in favour of the (already present) franklin/franklintemplates.

So I guess these entries should be removed? thanks!

I guess currently https://juliapackages.com/packages/judoc basically shows Franklin.jl

Maybe it would be nice to have the url change as well?
