New accessories

I find that when I add a new accessory via the YoLink app, it does not show up in Homekit automatically. Is a plugin restart requred every time?

Ad documented in the README, there is a setting to enable this but it is off by default.

checkNewDeviceInterval (optional): Interval (in seconds) to check for new YoLink devices added or removed from YoLink. Defaults to zero (feature disabled). This feature will allow new devices to be detected and added to Homebridge/HomeKit without restarting the plugin. Also will detect when a device is deleted and remove it from Homebridge/HomeKit. Note that if a device requires config file changes then the plugin must be restarted to pick up config file changes. As this polls the YoLink server, a value less than 60 seconds is not recommended.
