Remove serverless related code and dependencies

BouncyCastle dependencies were removed since they are no longer needed.

Removes ConfigurationBundle, Parameters, ScyllaCloudAuthInfo,
ScyllaCloudConnectionConfig, ScyllaCloudContext, ScyllaCloudDatacenter,
ScyllaCloudSniEndPointFactory, CloudConfigYamlParsingTest, ScyllaSniProxyTest

Removes adjustments from CCMAccess, CCMBridge, CCMCache, CCMConfig,
CCMTestsSupport.

Removes usages in Cluster.java.

Adds new ignores to clirr that cover removed public APIs.
