Installation issue

OS: Windows 10
Architecture: Intel
Base: Python: 3.7.6 (anaconda distribution)

pip install breizhcrops raises the following issue
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement torch>=1.4.0 (from breizhcrops) (from versions: 0.1.2, 0.1.2.post1, 0.1.2.post2)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for torch>=1.4.0 (from breizhcrops)

can you try to pip install torch without any version number?

I added some addtional tests in the github actions and could reproduce your issue this way.
Let me see if I can fix that by using a newer torch version that is (hopefully) also available on windows

I tried to include the windows-latest tests in the github actions workflow .github/workflow/build-package.yml.
apparently it is not possible to simply pip install torch in windows.
according to https://pytorch.org/get-started/locally/ you have to run
pip install torch===1.6.0 torchvision===0.7.0 -f https://download.pytorch.org/whl/torch_stable.html

I didn't manage to get that set up on the setup.py file to do this for the windows platform. If you (or anyone) are interested to get it running in windows, it would be great if you could try to clone this repository and locally install the breizhcrops package with pip install ..
May require some tweaking of the new if cases in setup.py here:

I have been in contact with @maxzoll who is working on a setup.py fix for windows on his fork.
We will pull that into the repository in the near-ish future and upload a new version on PiPy
Then pip install breizhcrops should also work on windows.
