Make dub.pm frontpage a top-level page #88

Description

@0xEAB

At the moment, the frontpage of dub.pm is nested at second-level.
Instead I’d prefer to have it integrated on top-level.

In practice, the current way means the navigation also starts at second-level.
Which is very clumsy on mobile devices.

It took me quite a while to figure out I had to press the top-left “back” arrow button first to get to the full documentation. At first glance, that button thingy looked like it would close the navigation pane.
