Revisit SeeAlso api-hierarchical links #550
Description
As part of implementing settings based redirects, it was discovered that SeeAlso will always add an api-hierarchical link that leads to the publicId
This was implemented early on in the development cycle for use with canonical hierarchy, and it feels a little redundant now - is it worth removing?
