OpenJPEG streaming from S3Source

The OpenJPEGProcessor for Cantaloupe doesn't support streaming (as required for S3Source). When using a streaming source the entire file will need to be downloaded. Having the ability to stream from S3 could be a major optimisation, both in terms of performance and infrastructure management.

Investigate the feasability of adding streaming handling to OpenJPEG. See the following issues for more information:
