How to convert the CmdLine to .net API

Dear Expert.

How to convert the following CmdLine features to .Net API

1. convert input.tif -negate -lat 20x20+1% -negate result.TIF
   2)convert result.tif -write MPR:source -morphology close rectangle:3x4 -clip-mask MPR:source -morphology erode:8 square +clip-mask result1.tif

What have you tried so far? Most options are methods on the MagickImage class.

I have try to convert -lat20x20+1% with the following

IMImage.AdaptiveThreshold(20, 20, 1%)

but the result is different with the cmdline
