Is there a way to add dnsmas:options to the network configuration?

I've been messing around in the codebase and that option could require a dedicated parser to also support the XML namespace.

Probably the best and less error-prone thing would be to treat the dnsmasq options as a dedicated field, like autostart and bridge.
