Set up continuous integration

Now that DataWorks is open source there doesn't seem to be any barrier to getting CI setup. Also, there are now enough tests to make it worth running them.

I know that @pjmorse has gotten some of the other open source stuff set up on TravisCI so that would probably be the platform to use. I know they offer free access to open source projects.
