Custom Push-Notifications missing?

I'll like to keep track of what's going on in my daily tasks, current projects, longtime goals and especially shared tasks amongst other people.

For the lack of a better option, to not lose track I currently set an alarm in the evening that reminds me to have a look at the current status of all these. That is not an optimal solution as this alarm may go off in unsuitable situation (e.g. while visiting the cinema)

Hence I'd highly welcome an option that sends less invasive push notifications following a certain schedule (e.g. always at 6pm but only Mo-Fri). Because it's no trouble if I check the status at that time or an hour later, so once I checked the notifications on my mobile
