Minor updates and fixes

• make hasPermission method public
• fixed hasPermission default to false
• fixed access owner check
• added static option 'activeAccessTrait' to deactivate find, beforeSave, beforeDelete and change enableFlashMessages to static
• updated beforeSafe in access trait, improve owner set
