DNN Client Resource Management - CookieConsent never shows up if enabled

This works fine when client resource management is disabled (development instances of DNN), but if you turn it on for production (as everybody should), the CookieConsent element stops showing up. Even if you leave CSS and JS minification unchecked, it still doesn't show up.

Using DNN 7.4.1 with the free Tiny responsive skin and your latest 2.0 version of CookieConsent. The 1.0.1 version does not exhibit such behaviour.

Localy include
js/cookieconsent.1.0.9.min.js
and folder css/* to /DesktopModules/DnnC_CookieConsent
