Console App for the Import/export

Hi all,

Is it possible to develop an application to Export/Import a configuration from the DNN site? Maybe there is some documentation about this API somewhere?
I made some brief research and haven't found any helpful information.

I'm trying to implement a CI/CD processes in our DNN project, there is one of the main steps for the automatization.
