Do anyone know how/where to set evoq_DisableAnalytics to True

Hello, I am trying to figure out how to set evoq_DisableAnalytics to True to avoid unnecessary analytics service calls. If my interpretation against the code is correct, this evoq_DisableAnalytics seem critical to determine whether the analytics service calls are needed or not.

Do anyone know how to set it to True?
