Tweaks needed

• Separate "normal" logging from the logging of status updates from TAPIR-POP instances into separate files.
• Apply more strict formatting to the logging of status updates. In particular, limit the max width of "messages" to something workable to not entirely break all formatting in the common log. If details (like complete messages) are wanted they are available in the CLI command "tapir-cli slogger pop status".
• In addition to being able to examine status for all TAPIR-POP instances add the ability to just look at one instance, by adding the flag "--id {id}" to the CLI command.
