Feature request: Custom labels (take along) are not being updated if the cluster already exists in Argo #298
Description
Sometimes we might need to add labels to an existing Cluster API cluster resource. If we want to take along to argo these labels, capi2argo-cluster-operator doesn't do it since the Secret already exist. It would be nice implement this logic because otherwise it's limited to cluster creation only.
