Migrate WikiJS from local Helm deployement to Flux

WikiJS is currently deployed with a local Helm deployement.

It should be declared somewhere in this repository.

Steps:
- Backup deployed postgres database
- Remove helm release with `helm uninstall`
- Deploy using flux
