DockerFile for AddremovePrograms Artifact #75

Hello Team,
Is there any doc on how to use the AddRemovePrograms artifact?
I have ran the command to generate docker file for AddRemovePrograms artifact and it discovers all the Programs but all are commented out in the docker file.
May I know is it any param I am missing in the command during the generation of the docker or any process to be followed?
