Here is the config from docker-compose.yaml.
The Post_Start Command echo HelloWorld > /tmp/file DOES NOT write a file.
For testing I've check cp & that works. ie: cp /etc/hosts /tmp would copy file successfully.

These are what I tried so far:
$$ Tried the above with different images and did not work.
$$ Tried attaching to the apache2 container and tried echo command it does exit and output can be redirected to a file /tmp/file.
