Can't connecto cascasde

I have trouble with MCP Docker toolkit connecting to anything besides the built in clients that it has. I can't get it to connect to my cascade on winsurf at all please help.

In this section of the windsurf docs, there's a section on configuring the mcp.json file:

This should connect you to the default catalog.
