[Question]: Set Hostname via Docker

Question

Can you set the Hostname in the docker-compose.yml file via an Environment setting?

I tried:

environment:
HOST_HOSTNAME: "Dockur-WinServer"

and

HOSTNAME: "Dockur-WinServer"

But it still installs with a hostname of: WIN-XXXXXXXXXXX

Is there already an option for this to set the Hostname of the Windows OS?
