Developer setup

I might have missed it, but are there any instructions on setting up a developer environment for Docling?

I am trying to debug an issue where it is not producing the correct reading order (body).

I am on a M4 Mac. I tried to use an LLM to help me set things up, but I run into torch/tourchvision missing. Once I install those, I run into "operator torchvision::nms does not exist"
