Sample code is not working

Hi, I used docling for parsing one of my pdf docx but when I execute the code, it seems like it will download the model and fetch the file but then it will disrupt my kernel and stop without showing any error:

How can I see where things are going wrong? there is no logging to check.

From the screenshot above, result is not defined, because the "middle code cell" didn't execute (it doesn't have a number in the [ ]: indicator.

If you can provide a few more details on the error for the line converter.convert(source) we can help you debugging it.

Thanks for your answer, but the [ ] indicator is due to the fact that my kernel was stopped after executing this cmd cell. I tried this so many times but each time I get the same issue.
I don't get any errors that is the main challenge.

Update:
I re-activated my environment and docker container, and restarted my workspace and also used a specific version of opencv

Now it's working!
