How do I parse my complex pdf using Docling ?

All of my document pages look like above . table header and footer are tables ( in the footer table e-signs are images of e-signatures ) . In the page body I've text , images , charts and tables everything.

I'm not able to parse my pdf correctly , every time it misses details , what configuration will I need to set so that Docling parses document correctly ?
