Ignore images on parse

Is there a parameter to ignore some element on the file when converting? For example, a PDF has irrelevant images on it, in this case I need o convert only the elements that are not images, is this possible?

The simplest could be to disable OCR, then the images are just identified by their location but no further processing is done.
