Request to Extend Configuration with Custom Labels in Navigation and Other UI Sections

Hi!
First of all, thank you for your great work on this project — it’s incredibly helpful.

It would be very useful to have an option to define custom labels (text overrides) for navigation elements and other built-in interface components in docmd-generated documentation.

Currently, navigation items, search placeholders, and other UI texts appear to be fixed. For multilingual docs or branding purposes, it would be great to have more control over these labels directly through the configuration file.

Hi! I'm really glad you're finding the project helpful.

This is an excellent suggestion and a very reasonable plan of action. To give you some context on the timeline: I am currently working on project migration, moving docmd from a scoped library to a full organization-based architecture.

The current architecture has some limitations that make granular overrides difficult, but the new modular environment will make implementing features like custom labels (and Internationalization) much easier. Once the migration is complete, I plan to focus heavily on the plugin system to give the community the space to build exactly these kinds of extensions.
