behat/transliterator abandoned

Composer is reporting that the package "behat/transliterator" is abandoned.

This package is included as part of the composer.json file:

Just a note, when using composer, and until it is fixed, we can just change the report status:

composer audit --abandoned=report --locked

This will report the abandoned package but the CI job will not fail.

I am closing this issue as the fix for this was released at v3.21.0.
